"Spring has sprung, The grass has riz; I wonder where them birdies is?"

The first Spring Robins were hopping around the yard, yesterday. They'll have to be satisfied with berries for now; ground is still snow-covered and frozen, but this is a good sign! Couple this with SPRING AHEAD Daylight Savings this weekend and we are in the Home Stretch up here on The Frozen Tundra!

This pic is from 2 years ago, I know I posted it on a gardening thread. This was a 2 day pick from 3 plants. We got plenty for 2 people for the season and froze many baggies, again I clean, chop and saute just for a minute in olive oil maybe less. Cool and then bag and freeze.
