I have a great recipe we love. From a chef even. Simple too, marinated flank steak, blistered peppers and salad.

We used flank steak twice and devoured it. Did not enjoy the skirt steak as much.

Mid-April we’ll have plenty of steak in the freezer, thanks to Weber taking one for the team. ;)
