However most people have no idea what they’re capable of eating if they are hungry enough. For some people of certain ethnic extractions, iguana on the barbie is a cultural touchpoint. On some of the YouTube iguana hunts, there are folks who are more than happy to go in after the hunters to pick up the dead iguanas for a feast.
