To answer some other questions you had.

not in the limited time frame that was likely given for the Ukrainian to be added to NATO. NATO can't enter a country that is already at war or at least that would make it very difficult.

They're escaping being conscripted to present corrupted government in a war that can't be won without NATO's help. Never the less Putin will not give up the territory. Putin doesn't want the Ukrainian. He wants Crimea that should be very clear by now.

As far as Q. I've never changed my opinion on Q from when i first read their posts in late October 2017. You shouldn't make assumptions about us.
