China is for China.
China views Russian land as the future home of Chinese citizens.
They’re not allies and they haven’t been since the collapse of Communism in Russia. They’re rivals and we’re empowering China.
China no longer has a one child policy - people can have as many kids as they want.
But those recently born children are not in the army. The troops currently serving come almost exclusively from “one child “ families. They are expected to survive and care for their aging parents.
