I don’t have a daily pill holder. Mostly I only take supplements so if I double dose or forget some it won’t kill me. I do take a prescription for BP in the AM, and I do the same thing sometimes; not know if I took it or just thought about it.
Isn’t getting old fun?
I just take melatonin if I can’t get to sleep, like last night. Finally took it, and then woke up too early. I need to get out and vote before I accidentally take a nap.
