We looked at west of Reno area years ago before we bought this property. We had to find really cheap property and couldn’t find any cheap enough around there.

A little snow. very little rain.
The zillow estimate on our house has doubled in the last 6 years. We wouldn’t be able to afford it now. Dad and I loved it here before the masks. Everything is only 5 to 10 minutes away. Nice that the masks mandates are going away now(For good, we dearly hope!) The “Biggest Little City in the World” is growing, though...
They are building 3 to 5 story really dense apartment complexes all over town.
Some are quite extensive complexes..
I thought we had left the traffic jams in California, but I can see them coming here soon.
