Fog of war - I read that that particular tank was, in fact, a Ukrainian tank. But the driver of the car was somehow Ok.
Watching the video with the tank sliding around on the pavement, it appears quite possibly that it was a very inexperienced driver in the tank that kind of lost control rather than a deliberate hit.

This is debunked. It was actually a Ukrainian Strela-10 air defense system. It is not a Russian tank.
