Should be good for Texas. I remember a few years ago, some analyst said that higher oil prices was a net benefit to S&P 500 earnings because the US now produces so much energy. Winners (oil companies, etc), exceed Losers (airlines, etc). Consumers another loser.
As always though, the solution to high oil prices, is high oil prices. Production will follow.
Yeah because everything, including energy, wasn’t already increasing in price for the last year? Don’t fall for the MSM narrative that inflation is Russia’s fault.
