Cops are just revenue agents with guns. The keeping-you-safe thing, if it ever was a thing, has been long gone for at least a generation. According to the Supreme Court, a cop is not required to come to your aid. This isn’t to say their haven’t been brave cops who risked, or even lost their lives coming to someone’s aid. But such actions are on an individual basis and not part of the overall mission...which is writing tickets for revenue.
Police corruption and brutality started about a week after we made police. They’ve never been on our side. Always saw civilians as the enemy. And shouldn’t be trusted.
It’s about damn time freepers are starting to realize that the police are not on our side. They are there to enforce the law, not help you. Quit cooperating with them!
There was just a story from Nevada when the naive Marine disclosed that he had a lot of cash and then let the officers search his car. He got it all confiscated when he trusted them.
Know your damn RIGHTS and stand up for yourself. Quit revering those who will just make your life much worse than it needs to be.
Maybe some here will finally realize that we’re on our own. They are not on our side and will gladly take us and put us in camps. You better get some weapon training in now before it’s too late.

Their other duty is as enforcers against anything at all that may threaten the State. Their primary job though, is revenue generation, and has been for a long, long time.
