Why are the police we revere doing the tyrants’ bidding?

Too many cops are choosing the side that uses and abuses them.

believe there are more instances of the abridgement of freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments by those in power than by violent and sudden usurpations. James Madison

Without a doubt, being a police officer is one of the most difficult and dangerous job on the planet. One has to admire those who take on the job. The American left has made its contempt of our police abundantly clear for several years now. Encouraging the BLM riots, excusing the damage done, decreeing no punishment for those who did billions of dollars in property destruction over the summer of 2020 was their coin of the realm. Lacking common sense and any skill at predicting the consequences of idiotic policies, they have doubled down on stupid as cities like NY, Chicago, DC, and LA rack up homicides committed by career criminals repeatedly let loose on an unsuspecting public.

On a daily basis innocent victims are attacked, injured or killed by violent perpetrators who have been released by cavalier lefty judges who have become self-appointed social justice warriors.

SNIP

So how do we explain the fact that in countries around the world, Australia, UK, US, France, Belgium, Austria, and Canada, the police, those who were not fired for refusing the vaccine, have taken the opportunity to act like tyranny’s handmaidens rather than protectors of the people, their essential charge, the reason they signed up for the job? In Canada, a few have sided with the truck drivers’ cause, but the rest seem to enjoy the opportunity to roust good, law-abiding, non-violent protesters.

I know one thing. They may want to wake up and look around them at reality. They are considered as livestock just like all citizens by the state they have sold their sold their souls to. The state will throw them under the bus just as fast as any other citizen chattel. It is already happening with the Vax mandates now, and even their own peers are not standing behind them and are absolutely willing to sell them out in self preservation. The time has come for them to make up their minds whether they are loyal to the taxpayers and nation they serve, or the state who does not care one bit about them except as tools to do their dirty work and take the blame for it.

Gestapo cops fear pro-2nd amendment, constitutional sheriffs. These sheriffs have the legal and armed muscle to take out leftist police chiefs.

Too many people fail to realize the police are but a representation of the average citizen of the community in which they live and work. If you have terrible nasty horrible people such as those who live in Minneapolis or New York you are going to have nasty horrible cops.

If you live in a clean suburban community with good schools and great amenities; a community that voted for Trump and that believes in good American values, you will have good honest police officers.

In other words, a community gets what they deserve. GIGO.

Yep, that’s the truth.

That paycheck... that’s a powerful motivator it seems. Even more of a motivator if everyone is in debt.

Why if I was a tyrant, I might even try to encourage massive debt in case I ever wanted to use someone’s paycheck to get them to do something they wouldn’t otherwise do.

It’s about damn time freepers are starting to realize that the police are not on our side. They are there to enforce the law, not help you. Quit cooperating with them!

There was just a story from Nevada when the naive Marine disclosed that he had a lot of cash and then let the officers search his car. He got it all confiscated when he trusted them.

Know your damn RIGHTS and stand up for yourself. Quit revering those who will just make your life much worse than it needs to be.

Maybe some here will finally realize that we’re on our own. They are not on our side and will gladly take us and put us in camps. You better get some weapon training in now before it’s too late.

Wrong, wrong, and wrong again. The small departments with the “good ol’ boy” network is even worse.

Good advice. And I cannot put my finger on the statistics, but police officers have terrible records when it comes to marriage and divorce. Perhaps the stress of the job and the long hours leads to a greater percentage of marriages failing over the rest of the population.

Whether it was planned or not, the blm/antifa riots where the police were told to stand down, coupled with the vaccine mandates, in all the democrat strongholds around the country, had the effect of weeding out the more conservative members of law enforcement.

I remember seeing a video of cops in Denver standing by and watching Black Lies Matter and Antifa beat the crap out of people who were attending a “Back the Blue” rally. They made not the slightest move to intervene, and no arrests were made. I also remember Charlottesville where the cops stood back and did nothing when Antifa attacked a demonstration that had a permit to be there, the same cops then funneled the permitted demonstrators right into the waiting arms of Antifa when the demonstration was over, essentially setting the stage for mayhem. I also remember seeing cops in California standing by and letting anti-Trump rioters attack Trump rally goers.

So why would anyone be surprised to see Canadian cops doing the bidding of a petty tin-horn tyrant like Trudeau?

Good ol’ boys elect good ol’ boys who appoint good ol’ boys as cops.

It all starts with you. You personally.

It’s mind boggling isn’t it. There are those on here that defended the now fired and charged cops who busted up the lady with dementia in Colorado.
It’s sick stuff man. There’s no shortage of stories of people defending themselves just to be arrested by the police. I wouldn’t lift a finger to come to the aid of any of them anymore. You reap what you sow. F em!

Barrack Obama, April 2015

“Now, the challenge for us as the federal government is, is that we don’t run these police forces. I can’t federalize every police force in the country and force them to retrain. But what I CAN DO is to start working with them collaboratively so that they can begin this process of change themselves.”

Note the last sentence. Progressives have long wanted to federalize the police. Obama did all he could and the result is that the federal government has far more control over law enforcement than we think. Bail reform, criminal release, fentanyl and illegals are all part of the plan, allow the crime to become so out of control that the federal militarized police will be an easy sell. DEFUND THE POLICE means federal control of the police.

This is not unlike the federal takeover of the educational system and look where we are now. CRT

99.9% pull that “I’m your buddy” crap and they are all wicked liars just trying to fool the person into self incriminating. They are never your “buddy or friend” in those situations.

Having grew up in a blueline family. Just like the military with stress and PTSD, Something hidden and never discussed is the high rate of domestic violence behind closed doors. Unfortunately suicide is also a more than normal rate per occupation.

It starts with the voters. People get the government they deserve and by extension the police they deserve. Most citizens think they can ignore government and never consider the consequences. Half of our citizens love tyranny as long as it is being perpetrated against those that love freedom.
Those of us that love freedom have to become government officers at every level if we want to save this Republic.

Gestapo were plain-clothes detectives. They did have uniforms for rallies and such. They wore long black leather coats and sometime tan trench coats.
