Can you go to a massage therapist and get a good workover or two? That can really help after an illness.
Thank you, I am feeling closer to normal in terms of eating and sleeping. I stopped losing weight. But I still get more tired than I would like, especially around 6.
I did get a massage and have 6 pre-paid hours left.
When I think I can fit one in, I call the day before to see if I can take advantage of someone’s cancellation. I cannot handle any more appointments. I have so many commitments for various things.
