If things get stupider Patriots will need more than squirt guns. As I noted earlier a person can assume he’s being targeted by “lethal force” if he detects a radiation pointer on or near himself in my state. One then has the legal tight to respond with firepower. It’s good to be polite if one is going to wave around geewhiz flashlights.
Certain things must happen for the citizens to take up arms against the policing force.
I am of the opinion that that “certain thing” is broad confiscation of personal firearms; a fiat nullification of the 2nd Amendment.
I am also of the opinion that if that were to happen, the Military would be the ones to stand in the breach.
