A Manhattan judge says she won’t force a hospital to give an ailing post-COVID-19 patient the controversial drug ivermectin after the man’s wife sued for the non-FDA-approved treatment, according to a new ruling.

No, the government should NOT be forcing a hospital to give a particular drug to a patient but should ALLOW it to be given if that's what the patient wants.

Matter of fact the FDA is not in charge of approving or not approving how a doctor decides to treat a patient. The FDA is in charge of approving or not approving a drug and signing off on its labeled uses.
