Either that or threats as to their continuing practicing. I think the latter is much more likely to be the culprit the majority of the time.
I don’t know. It seems to me that most cases where a doctor’s license is threatened over COVID matters have to do with prescribing certain drugs rather than patients’ lack of masking. Of course, the two things might well go together.
