One thing I might do is switch to Dish Network if they carry his shows. I think it might be close enough to operate that he won’t struggle as much as something totally foreign.

In good weather I’m outside most of the time and don’t watch much TV so I’m not picky about changing. I do need to keep his shows.

A little advice, take or leave. Just keep the direct tv. Your husbands comfort zone is way more important than any political issue. While another service may have his shows, the channels will differ…not fair to him to allow politics to confuse him.

If you feel strongly, I suggest we play “carbon credits”.. IOW, I will cancel,my direct tv in your name, and you keep it. oK? My husband can learn a new remote.
