I downloaded the PDF from the link on Ivermectin as prevention and have a question.

It says to take one dose one day, one dose the next day, wait 15 days and do it again.

How is that different than the one dose a week protocol? It’s still four doses in a month. I’m curious what the medical difference is.

You will have a higher peak concentration in your blood with a higher load (2 doses) versus similar concentration peaks spaced over a month.

Higher peak may be better for pathogen kill.
