Interesting explanation for why the Douay Rheims Psalms are numbered differently room the King James and other translations. I had no idea.

“Different Psalm numbering

Those who come to the Douay-Rheims Bible from other versions including modern Catholic translations will notice the Psalm numbers don’t match. That’s because the numbering system comes from the Greek Septuagint rather than the Hebrew Masoretic text. Some other Bibles also use this numbering system, particularly Bibles used by the Orthodox churches.”
