The Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics kicks off with around 2,900 athletes from more than 90 countries and regions participating in over 100 events.

It’s going away. I asked for it to be. Since your rudeness and inconsideration has plastered this thread along with others I don’t need to be with people who I thought would enjoy watching the Olympics.....obviously that’s not possible among Freepers presently.

I have no interest in summer or winter olympics but the Japanese wife loves the skating for some reason so is watching via NHK here in Japan . Snoozefest zzzzzz ...But , as they say , to each his own .

Even if you enjoy watching the competition, I never understood the appeal of opening ceremonies for the Olympics.

Everyone should boycott the viewing of any Olympics programming to help send the ratings into the toilet and embarrass the CCP. The evil tyrants must be seen to lose face and not allowed a propaganda victory and a prelude to invasion, such as Hitler had in 1936 and Putin in 2014.
