Yes, but that is government. I’m talking about private corps and charities. For example, it is advised that US citizens not live here. State Department doesn’t visit here often and military folk are not allowed to visit their parents here.
But, there are private, foreign businesses here and there are many nations’ citizens doing charity work. My organization is one such. My organization, however, does not allow us to go to China, nor even fly over.
My point is that when folks like me begin leaving an area, that is the time to sit up and take notice.
I’d be concerned if Russians began leaving Ukraine for Russia as they did prior.
