I took some melatonin and slept ok. My neck was a litflexibility. This AM, but after having to scrape ice off my car and the doctor office fiasco, I took a nap. Started hurting real bad.
Took a hot bath, and took aspirin and put aspercream on, laid on a heat pad/ massager, now just took a flexeril.
we’re one of the few that like it.
9h, prayers up. I’m just watching something on Netflix, less stressful.
I can only eat my mother’s liver and onions. I never could cook it like hers.

Zelensky’s recent televised speech shows he’s plenty pi**ed with Europe and the US. Said he’s fighting this war alone and nobody has offered to give Ukraine entry into NATO.
Europe has been dangling Nato membership like a carrot to the Ukraine leadership for years....and for that has a say in how their country is run....but when push comes to shove they all abandoned Ukraine....as usual. Too bad Ukraine just doesn’t get it that nobody wants their country.
I enjoy liver and onions my moms way as well...using flour to coat each piece then pan fry it until done. Delicious. Even when I go to restaurants I ask if they can coat the liver before frying.

Ukraine is a very corrupt country. The majority of people are poor. Wealth is with a small group of people. Govt still behaves like a communist country.
They wanted free stuff from the USA and funding the democrats’ campaign. KARMA.
