Sadly, you are correct. I believe this court has found a few former leaders guilty of crimes against humanity. It’s a tiger with no teeth, in a zoo nobody visits. I am, however, glad they’re doing it. The timing is such that it may get out there more widely, what with so many paying attention these days.
Some of the posters were concerned the fuel could be tainted.
