Is the Internet really shutdown in Ottawa?
Somebody posted that. I don’t believe everything that I read though.
According to this worldwide internet status tracker, looks relatively normal
In other news, a few days ago reports were that Ottawa "Live" cams were being faked, so as to not show the trucks.

Note the gridlock!
