Wow! How will the truckers stay warm all night?
I’m unfamiliar with the interior of the big rigs but I imagine they have the ability to keep their sleeping quarters warm since they travel in very northern areas of the country. There used to be around 15,000 hotel rooms in and around Ottawa but that was well before covid. I think I heard they’d lost 50% of their rooms because of the plandemic and the attendant hotel closures. Anyone travelling in a vehicle or passenger truck will have to find a hotel room because sleeping in the car will be out of the question.
Ottawa’s annual Winterlude Festival starts February 4-21 and is a huge tourist attraction with their award-winning ice and snow sculptures all around the city, as well as the world’s longest skating rink (Rideau Canal). The truckers will seriously interfere with this event if Trudeau doesn’t cave quickly or find another way to end the siege.

Don’t worry about those guys. Cold weather truckers and heavy equipment operators just let the engine run all night. And it saves on starting effort. Diesels don’t like cold starts. Just have to be thoughtful about where you park so you don’t vibrate your way into a mudhole or snow field.
