The CDC had been publishing reports of adverse events following vaccination to it's VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System) for 30 years now.

What are the chances that over the course of plus 30 years of vaccines, 69 of the 70 total cases of arterial stenosis reported post 'vaccination' and published to VAERS are for COvid-19 vaccines?

In my opinion, this article is one of many that are trying to normalize side effects of the 'vaccine.
