Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

" ...great story about the Amish...when the convoy came through my home town of winnipeg Manitoba Canada..the amish were there to greet the truckers with a full bbq supper for 800 people..but when the Winnipeg police would not let the convoy stop at the desired location the amish packed up their barbecues and food hopped in their trucks and drove 2.5 hours with the convoy to cook them food at the next stop...all in -30 degree weather..true Patriots of freedom...just thought i would share that."

We are looking at mid 40’s tomorrow her in the Upper Keys. Don’t know if the boats will go out today small craft warnings temps in the low 60’s.In the old days no one had heat down here,we never needed it.

I recall it was so absolutely beautiful, that it almost seemed incomprehensible. I had never before laid eyes on anything that jaw-dropping (well, except for that one girl..). It's like being in a movie
My Dad was a corporate pilot and had visited there before. It was his insistence that prompted us to visit. Anything other than sight-seeing was out of the budget. It was pretty swank.
We got to Vancouver in time to see David Bowie. On a whim, bought the tickets at a Sears. We were so far in the back, that he looked tiny on the big screen. Totally worth it!

The CDC and NIH have 31k employees combined, and they have an annual budget of 58 billion dollars a year. Yet they have not done a study on natural immunity.
