Why does she even need a big, glitzy stage set-up? As far as I am aware, she doesn’t dance or have back-up dancers and she doesn’t change costumes. She is more of a Frank Sinatra or Tony Bennett type of singer, not Beyonce or Madonna.

because it is a Vegas show. People are paying big bucks..they want a spectacle. I suspect there was a lot of push back by Caesars etc to put on a show and she just wanted to stand and sing like at the Oprah gig

But perhaps because shes not doing those kinds of routines, she actually sings instead of lip syncing?

I dont care for entitle little divas either way, btw

the most fun concert I ever attended had lots of dancing, good vocals, costumes and was totally enjoyable: Al Yankovich.
