Yup, and even more bizarre is that the character/band CW McCall (Chip Davis and Jackson Berkey) morphed into Mannheim Steamroller, the immensely popular instrumental ensemble that was Rush Limbaugh’s favorite. I think I have five of their vinyl albums. Yes, vinyl — I am old.
Yep. He worked with Chip Davis of Mannheim Steamroller fame. Bill Fries (CW McCall) did really well with his Old Home commercials in the Midwest. Rush played MS music on his show at Christmas time.
