Well, the song excerpts I heard on the radio today I didn’t really care for but if a veggie “meat loaf” comes along some day that tastes good I might try it.

My two brothers have A fib, both about 6’4” and 280. One is 68 the other is 71. Both eat the Standard American Diet, drink and smoke.

I had V fib. I’m in better health, turn 75 next month. 6’1” 185. Four years ago I was 235, my blood work was bad, nearly diabetic with fatty liver, etc so I went very low carb, now eating carnivore, don’t drink or smoke.

I haven’t done any research on A fib and diet. Probably something about it on youtube.

Good for you!

Mine probably has a genetic component to some degree. I drink, don’t smoke, could stand to lose a few pounds, blood sugar and BP are good. Need more exercise. Got all my hair, no gray, not bad looking (LOL) but invisible to women under 60. Ha ha

“He was 74 years old, we do not know what if any other health issues he had.”

I read yesterday he was dealing with skin cancer, heart problems and lung problems.

If one has pulmonary and respiratory problems, is 74, a cold or flu can kill you easily. 40K to 80K people die every year after contracting the flu, most of them in his age bracket........... Except for 2020 when we conquered the flu (what a pantload)
