I really do not believe that these companies, especially after the Supreme Court has ruled, are trying to enforce vaccination with an experimental drug which has not demonstrated effectiveness. I believe that these companies are opening up themselves to numerous law suits. Guess time to buy more popcorn.
I think some effectiveness has been demonstrated. Hospitalizations and deaths are lower amongst the vaccinated.
But, I also think the vaccine hasn’t done what they’d hoped it would, and like they’re acting like it does, that is prevent transmission and infection.
There’s no data, that I know of, that says if one is vaccinated their ability to transmit is lower. I think its all hope and conjecture, and hope is not a strategy.

Indeed. They have no mandate cover on this. No one is making them do this and what they are requiring is not just a work-only act. It affects the employee 24/7/365. I can see PI lawyers just licking their chops waiting for the first vaccine-caused injury or death lawsuit.
