Four days so far for me. Very bad sore throat, moderate fever and all of the malaise that comes with the fever. Slightly better this morning. If all continues at this rate I’ve probably got another 4 days before feeling normal.
I came down with the top seven the week of Thanksgiving. They lasted a couple days. Hoarseness lasted into mid-December and I still have a runny nose. Never developed any of the others.

assuming it’s covid, could be delta & not the supposedly milder omicron ...
What protocol are you following? Vit c, D, zinc, quercetin? IVM? Just curious.. always like to see what’s helping or Not.
