I need to replace a water heater and wondered if anyone here has a tankless water heater and if they would recommend getting one.
I live in Las Vegas in a small, single story house. I like the idea of one but the reviews are all over the place.

I looked into tank less for a second bathroom.
Decided not to proceed with the project
What I found out is to have extra valves and connections so that the tank less can be isolated and calcium deposits can be flushed out every 6 months or so.
