Seems Cuellar remarked before Christmas that VP Harris is something to the effect of a no-show incompetent on any of the round the clock events taking place, unabated, on the TEXAS-US southern border and laments that we have to turn to ambassadors and others with competence to beg assistance.
Likely his constituency (or, at least those that vote...) are Tejanos or generational (naturalized) Mexicans that don’t want their jobs taken through the LaRaza activists.
