Belligerent occupation ends when the Occupying Power no longer has effectively placed the occupied territory under its control.

The Cabal seems to be controlling the white house and thus the executive branch of government. Until they are displaced by election or other means we are an occupied nation and the one year-anniversary is meaningless until end of military operations. I hope it ends tomorrow, like I do every day, but I've learned the hard way to not set date.
