With warnings...”evidence suggests that lysine supplements may interact with cardiac medications that can increase bleeding risk, such as anti-coagulant medications like Coumadin or anti-platelet medications like Plavix. Lysine may also increase the risk of low blood sugar if you take medication for diabetes, and Health Canada warns against taking lysine for more than six months at doses higher than 300 mg per day.”

It'd be nice to see newer studies...e.g. https://www.drugs.com/ interaction checker does not list any interactions with Xarelto or Eliquis (modern blood thinners). That doesn't prove there are ZERO interactions, it might be they just haven't looked.
I have info on the Nat Health thread about herbs for heart and blood circulation etc. Won’t overdo it here but I can send links to comments with that info if anyone wants.
Best heart herb is Arjuna. Pretty much does almost everything. Other good heart herbs that can be added. I take daily. No more tachycardia, arrhythmia or weird up/down BP, or other symptoms including heart pain and pressure.
Arjuna also helps clear out arteries. Does many things, and can cause no problems.
