Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch apparently refused a request by Chief Justice John Roberts to wear a mask when the court is in session, in deference to liberal Justice Sonia Sotomayor, who is diabetic.

She will attend “”remotely” because of Gorsuch. Hmmm.
Gorsuch then proceeded to eat chocolate bars while in session, knowing that his consumption of HFCS would cause Sotomayor to go into diabetic shock.

Maybe Sotomayor could use her remote time to correct her diet and take off some lard so that comorbidity isn’t a problem for her.
