I tried to explain the train kraphole thing earlier. The guy to talk to is Warren Buffett. He owns the rail lines on the West Coast, all or part, he owns both UP and BNSF. They , in turn, own the rights of way the rails are on and local or even federal police don’t have a lot of authority on the actual rail lines. In turn, Buffett owns the insurance company covering the loss in the mess. The only thing Buffet doesn’t own is the cargo but he most likely insures it. The cargo owners aren’t, apparently, complaining. I guess their claims are being paid.
Buffett is busy shipping crude oil out of the Canadian Athabasca-——by rail. This is what happened to Keystone——Buffett didn’t want it. And he’s making far more money railing Canuk oil than hauling Chicom krap out of Long Beach. The Long Beechers are saying about 90 cars a day are being trashed. Buffett’s obviously OK with that because the cargo is too late to be useful. If this mess was hurting Buffett you would have heard the screaming far and wide——maybe even in the white hut.
And don’t forget Buffett is buds with Gates in pushing the clot shots, so he’s busy-——do I have to figger out everything?

I'd trust some actual forensic analysis on the vide itself. It appears to be recorded off a reel projecting to a screen. The film flicker that is perhaps added effects would be a way to tell if fake or not.
The Given Day takes place in the aftermath of WW1, and much of it involves the 1918 Spanish Flu epidemic issues. I recommend the book.
Until the last couple of years, I never would seriously have imagined that the usage of viruses would be considered by anyone because of the randomness of their reach. It seems to me that there would likely be an immunity from these monster illnesses, else it makes no sense.

IIRC, Lynn de Rothschild is best buds with Shrillary. There was a picture taken a year or so ago showing them walking along a street with shops - maybe on the New England coast. Shrillary had on a ginormous blue tent dress and I think she was wearing her boot.
