The previous head of the Chemnitz Clinic Dr. Thomas Jendges is dead. He fell from the roof of the clinic to his death. In his farewell letter, he is said to have justified his step by saying, among other things, that he could no longer stand the “constant lies and cheating about supposedly harmless vaccinations” associated with Covid.
In his lengthy farewell letter that Dr. Thomas Jendges wrote before his suicide and demanded its publication, he is said to have sharply criticized the governments' information policy in dealing with the danger of the Covid vaccinations. He could no longer stand the constant lying and cheating of patients and vaccinated people that vaccinations were supposedly harmless, the letter said.
He condemned the vaccinating of the population with experimental and lethal Covid-19 vaccine, which is in fact a biowarfare agent. for dr Thomas Jendges is doing such a genocide and a crime against humanity, the letter is said to say.
Because the mayor threatened to fire him if he no longer stayed on line and refused to vaccinate patients at the clinic, Jendges presumably had no other options. He does not want to share in any crime committed by the federal government, the state government and their henchmen. He sees his suicide as the only way to take a stand against it.
These are individual passages from the entire farewell letter that are currently in circulation. Although dr Jendges has ordered that his entire farewell letter be published, according to the current state of knowledge the mayor of Chemnitz, Sven Schulze from the SPD, is still preventing this publication. Numerous groups have formed in various forums, demanding that Schulze give up his blockade and finally respect Jendges' last wish.

The clinic's PDF is “Presseinformation” and was published by the press department of the Chemnitz clinic on 31. August 2021. The quote you cite is indeed ascribed to Dr. Jendiges, but it is not his document, per se.
The Freiewelt article reporting — click bait or not — speaks of his “Freitod” which is the nice euphemism for suicide — Selbstmort. The article, two and a half months later than the clinic press release (09.11.2021), speaks of an “Abschiedsbrief” — a goodbye letter for which no further reporting nor further statement by the clinic or politicians has been seen.
Whatever the actual details of the story, an interesting comment is found at the Freiewelt site (in my translation which follows): “Postkommunistische Coronadiktatur mit kapitalistischer Gewinnmaximierung!”

Whatever, the clinic's press release which you cite was not a reply to the clinic director's suicide. As with so much in the press worldwide, it's difficult to decipher real info. A number of comments called for open publication of the suicide note, which has not been done.

The mayor of Chemnitz and the Chemnitz police have said publicly, and to the press, that they know of no suicide note, that as far as they are aware, none exists. The mayor said he and the doctor had a long conversation about the pandemic the evening before he killed himself.
So, the police found no such note. The mayor stated the hospital staff found no note. Is it possible he left a note at home for his wife (soon to be widow), who kept it private? Yes, it’s possible, and well within the poor grieving window’s rights.

We don’t know why the man killed himself, but there is zero evidence he was against vaccines. He had supported the opening of a vaccine center at the hospital and the press release provides a direct quote from him: “Vaccination reduces the risk of an infection and a serious illness from SARS-CoV-2.”

No, the hoax is on those who believe the same government who administers the bioweapons in its denial that there was no letter to be published.
Some people worship the government, maybe you’re one of them, I don’t know.
What we do know from empirical evidence is that this pandemic has been used/leverages to push the bioweapons in batches of the gene serums. And to make sure the emergency use authorization is justified the governments of many nations colluding in full fascist mode, essentially outlawed all prophylactics and early treatment for the virus the gene serums are hardly effective against, while covering up the killings by the weapon.
