I think you should get the owners permission before doing something like this.

It IS going to be abused and drive off good people.
I’m sure there are many people fully deserving of being burned at the stake as witches, I see them myself.
I also know that many of them will join in the “fun” and aim the mob at innocents for the sake of diverting attention from themselves and just to destroy the site.

This is nothing new. There have always been Viking Kitties, ZoTs, and a ping list for it. The issue, is that most of the ones that had the zot ping list have passed away (or are no longer here), so the ping list has pretty much disappeared and the pings have gathered dust.
