We have to be OTLO for States taking on the mandate.
State of Michigan has an OSHA (they administer the OSHA plan) and can make rules that are equal to or ^more^ stringent than the Fed Rules.
Eyes on, Patriots.
Blue State vindictiveness is a beech.
The best way forward is do not comply en mass. It’s the only way.
That the states will try this mandate is what worries me since I live in a state stolen by the dems over the last couple of elections.
Hopefully, the major employers here, i.e. the casino industry, will determine that it’s not worth the hassle and give up the testing. They don’t mandate the vax but are trying to make it impossible to work without one.
