I was at aDoc Appointment last week and while in the room by getting an ECHO Test the Wife called the Spectrum store down the street in Huntersville, NC about getting Her phone traded in she spent 20 minutes or so on the phone with somebody at the store and then drove over to the store.

Turns out the guy that she was talking to was a black guy and he treated her like crap from the moment She walked in the door, told her she couldn’t get an upgrade or any of that and didn’t do anything to her phone after she just got through talking to him for 20 minutes.

Lucky for him I wasn’t there because I would have run over him with my wheelchair !!! Several Times...

I don’t care if you are green/yellow/black/white/lgtzbywtf or whatever but don’t treat My Wife like that or there will be a problem !!!

A complaint was called into Spectrum but they’re not gonna do anything because he’s a black guy and we’re white.

Phone "upgrades" are a scam. It's best to buy an unlocked phone outright. If you have to finance it, do it in a conventional way. Don't ever let your phone company provide you with a phone. Your service provider locks you in when you buy a phone from them. With an unlocked phone, you have your choice of phone companies, and can change at will.
