Looks like Alec Baldwin may not have turned his phone over to authorities yet:

I wonder if athletes’ circulatory systems, with those efficient, wide-open, hard-pumping veins, let more of the spike proteins through to the heart.

Disgusted. They protect them, pay them, and allow them to preserve their credibility. Handler is AC.

A few years ago I read that first book of the series which ‘Master and Commander’ the film was based upon. It was magnificent. It is my intention to read the entire series, God willing.
I do not hail from a Navy family, we are all Army going back about 150 years, and that is just in the USA.
Thank You.
Good to keep an eye on these things. Could it be that the wording of the legislation is specifically aimed at the organized gangs that will overwhelm store security, or the smash and grab type of operations. I haven't read the legislation.
Organized retail crime has increased significantly. Criminal gangs are stealing merchandise & threatening the safety of our communities.
Thanks to the leadership and legislation of @AGAshleyMoody, Sen @JimBoydFL & Rep @ChuckClemons21, FL will hold criminals accountable.

Gov. Ron DeSantis threw his support behind Bradenton Republican Jim Boyd for Senate. [July 2020]
“Jim is a proven, conservative leader who will fight to balance the budget, keep taxes low, secure the border, and protect our waters and quality of life,” DeSantis said.
Lotta good info at one spot
Don’t care that DeSantis supported him in 2020 this Jan 5. 2022 legislation opens the door to theft in stores, which a “conservative” rep. would not support in any way shape or form. Hopefully enough Florida legislatures see this as bad legislation and will kill it.
You mean...Colonel Vindman????
The original of that was “When you have weed in the car” :-)
It is a great week to be places. The weather is almost always good.
My favorite ‘History’ trip ever was my visit to Valley Forge. I absolutely despised being in Philadelphia, but down the road in King of Prussia, now that was fantastic.
I could teach about that place. I have been to numerous Revolutionary and Civil War(s) battlefields, but nothing impressed me as much as did Valley Forge. The Rangers there are fantastic as they seemed to know everything.
General Washington lead the Continental Army out of Valley Forge on 19 June, 1778. I was there on the anniversary without knowing that beforehand. It was my birthday. Such a great present for me, and I have enjoyed a lot of great experiences on that date.
My SO has been trying to convince me for years to visit Branson. I would totally be a part of that.

Note the commercials of many medicines “side effects” - like may cause death. hmmm you were warned, sort of...
I totally burnt out at my work. I did not care what anybody thought about anything. I was a different person.
I ended up quitting and completely changing my life. Now I know things about Biology and stuff. I know what a vaccine is supposed to do. I know anecdotal stories about Louis Pasteur. I know who John Snow was and how he saved thousands of lives by taking a sledgehammer to a water pump and pissing off the very people whose live’s he saved.
Relief came for me once he (my boy) survived. It has taken me years to collect myself. He is all fine now, and we have had a few great parties in order to celebrate. Now he is long on his own and he has his own obligations and responsibilities.
I grieve for those who have perished out of it all, and when I learn about the unnecessary deaths of our Troops, such as the 13 dead this passed August, I do indeed weep.
$aintBiden becomes everything to every man so that he might “save them” (from the truth)
The point I was making was that the wording of the new legislation you quoted may only be describing what crimes it applies to (or does not apply to). It sounds like it is aimed at organized gangs.
I think there must be other laws that apply to thefts that are not organized gangs. So it might be that this proposed law doesn’t actually allow theft of food items, it possibly just doesn’t apply specifically to those thefts.
The tweet shows some retailers are for it. I wouldn’t expect them to support it if it has some new exemption allowing thieves to go unrestrained.
I kind of expected you would discount the DeSantis endorsement. I only added that to show context as to Boyd’s politics.
