adding dan the man to watch list
thank you, ransom, for the links
I will pass them to my friend and will post lil farmer
My dad had gray-blue eyes, and his father's side was mostly Scots-Irish and English that didn't really get too far from the the Cumberlands or the Ohio River. When dad got pushed over the line, his eyes did indeed get scary... bored right through you and looked at something beyond. I don't think dad actually had to physically fight anyone after he left the service, but I was told by witnesses about a few incidents where "that look" was correctly read by someone who did not want to press the issue.
Dad was a lifelong Democrat but never voted for a Democrat presidential candidate after JFK; his blue-collar sensitivities never extended to embracing the left. He would instantly turn the air blue when someone started prattling about how "wonderful" Bill Clinton or Barak Obama were.
Yes, we are in a war, but most people do not fully grasp the reality and extent of it. And what to do.

Those listed previously, and avoid ingesting red meat (or drinking blood) for a while.
My family are mostly Scots with some Irish, Dane, and Welsh and they had the same “look”. I have been told I have it. My dad was a master at it.
My family have always been Republican, but a lot of the older generation Democrats were like your dad. My husband was a Democrat but he has been voting Republican for as long as we have been married (38 years). He agrees with me that JFK was the last good Democrat.
Donate blood regularly. Whole blood, not plasma.
My father stopped the car in the middle of the road got out and had a few words with the driver behind.He stopped driving so closely real quick......
People in the South learn a way with words at a young age. It allows them to get their point across while still being “nice”. My grandmother had that talent. She could smile while flaying you with her tongue in a nice way. You didn’t realize what had just happened until you were bleeding on the floor. LOL
.
One of my main problems is that I’m culturally confused sometimes. My dad and that side of the family are true Southerners that were Scottish immigrants. My mom’s side are Yankees from up north, mostly German and Italian. The two clashed at times over the years. The problem started the day my Southern grandmother told my mom that she was going to teach her to cook real food instead of that Yankee slop she cooked. No offence to Northerners in here. :-) Then Dad piled on by refusing to drive Mom to vote if she wouldn’t vote Republican. She was a democrat and couldn’t drive at the time. Sometimes I felt like I grew up re-fighting the Civil War.
It was on and it stayed on for years after that!
Nice timing in your post Mermaid...it showed up right after TennesseeConservative’s post about swallowing a bit of undiluted black seed oil and a wracking coughing fit.
And *then* you seemed to reply you “wanted some of that”

These really are gene therapy products - the FDA filings, the FEC notice - those refer the Covid shots as gene therapy and the FEC notice actually explains that they changed the name to ‘vaccine’ to avoid public disinclination to them (e.g., vaccine hesitancy). They didn’t explain the bit about liability - just held up public reluctance (’misinformation’) as the reason why they were termed ‘vaccines’.
````````````
As far as I have seen the jab/bioweapon patent info, and SC opinions, after you are permanently transfected with the patented cabal-created gene products, you also fall under that patent, legally.
A legal eagle may need to weigh in.
Ok I had blood work done as part of my yearly physical exam, and doc said my iron levels were high (and cholesterol), thus my initial question about iron levels.
BUT- I forgot to not eat breakfast (2 eggs) beforehand, so will be redoing in March.
Steve,
I take 800mg quercetin everyday.
I don’t take the other items (lactoferrin, NAC, hepcidin) you mentioned.
LOL, funny! I wouldn’t advise it, but it did open my lungs...and my nose. I will mix it in hot tea or something next time. The only other time that has happened to me was taking a swallow of uncut moonshine.
