My work just sent out a memo that if you're not vaccinated you MUST wear a mask at all times. Period----at my desk, in the yard, the shop all day long. I asked if I could come in on off days, work from home, etc and he called back and said "no". I told him I will take off tomorrow and Friday (our days in the office) to think about it. I told him about my allergies...he didn't care. They know I had covid and I sent numerous studies---they didn't care. He actually laughed when I asked what the end game is and when he gets covid and is where I am today. Also, I have mentioned of being harrassed in the office because I'm not vaxxed....He said "that's not right and shouldn't happen" but he seem to not care much.
The irony, out of the 8 salespeople in the office, 6 are out with Covid and all of them have been vaccinated. I am 1 of 2 that's not vaxxed but had Covid and willing to come in "unmasked"---he didn't care for that comment either.
They won't give me a timeframe and I'm really fed up with this "woke" crap. It's been happening here since the vaccines rolled out.
Here's a bit of information---I have been there 35 years, always #1 or #2 in sales. The place is kind of a sucky place to work, but the money is pretty darn good---when you sell. Would you die on this hill? I'm about to.....

If you can afford it, retire. Take some time to decompress and then go enjoy your time with family and friends. You deserve it.

It doesn’t fit the narrative, so the kind of research that showed way back in
the day that a great many of those that died during the Spanish Flu were
actually put in harms way by the obvious complications of wearing masks,
has to be sought out by those who care. Big Pharma and their wholly owned
media are certainly not going to tell you.
We are not a species designed to rebreathe our own fumes and toxins without
harm, and on top of that obvious mask caused issue, masks are very efficient
petrie dishes for the very things smart people know not to rub their faces in.
Some people, like my Dad, cannot wear normal masks and function for more
than 15 or 20 minutes due to Hypercapnia or other similar issues. Folks forced
to mask ought to check their own Blood/Oxygen situation with a cheap finger
meter they can get from any drug store. Below 90% is very dangerous.
When forced to mask, a battery powered mask that keeps fresh air flowing
can help.
What masks do to kids physically and mentally, is simply inhuman and
obvious child abuse.
Perhaps you can figure out what I think you should do with your advise.

Do the guys work for as long as you can live with his edicts. When or if the day dawns that he crosses some line tell him adios. Maybe a little of both going forward . Do his work and plot your escape.

Screw it - keep working there without a mask or “vaccine”, all the while looking for a new job in a sane company (or for yourself). Make them fire you, if they’re going to go that far.
Otherwise (assuming you don’t believe in the mask or the “vaccine”) you have to look at yourself in the mirror every day and know you let some a-hole own you. If you can’t resist oppression when it is relatively easy to do so, how will you ever resist it when it’s life or death?
I understand about the mask issue, but think it makes more sense to put up with it than not to. I’ve never been very comfortable breathing through the mask, including when I worked a job years back in which employees needed to wear one, but somehow I’ve pretty much adapted to it. Maybe partly because I usually wear a pretty thin cloth one. And I actually don’t mind wearing one outside in the very cold weather, to keep from breathing the cold air directly. I’ll sometimes put it on now just for that reason.
So, all told, if you can tolerate the mask, it’s not much to my mind. Nothing compared to that vaccine treatment.
The Founders all had a combination or another of the above, too. When duty to God and Country called, they answered. Didn't really matter the sacrifice.
