Crazy how awful hydrogen peroxide tastes.

I feel as though I probably haven’t gargled in years. I couldn’t figure out how it first so I’m wearing quite a bit of it.

Does hydrogen peroxide go bad? I found an open bottle and I don’t know how old it is. I have a new bottle though.

If it fizzes, peroxide is good, even if degraded a bit. It eventually turns into water.

Are you using 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide?

I do not think it gets old.

The protocol tells you to use different most washes also.

Gargle mouthwash
