The remodeling is slow, we can’t quite decide on flooring for the kitchen. If we wanted wood looking tile, they have that all over the place. But not what used to be the normal square or rectangular ones. We’re thinking of doing laminate just because it would be the easiest to put down. But we’re trying to create the impression of an upscale house. I don’t think anybody could really tell the difference between a 99 cent laminate and a $8 laminate when we go to sell
