"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

Something significant is likely up...
Check your local movie listings. Don’t use fandango type ticket companies - go to the local movie theater website.
You’ll likely find ONE movie, and ONE movie only, playing starting Friday - “The 355”. I’m seeing reports that this is the case *world wide*.
Caveats - there are some variations on this - some theaters have “The 355” also playing, with other movies, on Thursday. Some theaters have “Private Movie Showing” instead. This listing may be for a week or so, then revert (sometimes) to the usual listing of lots of movies. Also, I did find one local theater that seems to still have the usual set of flicks on Friday, but this appears to be a rare exception.
There is a “The 355” movie trailer you can find on youtube/etc. The title refers to George Washington spies, but AFAIK, the trailer shows a modern-day spy movie.
The scuttlebutt varies somewhat on the channels I follow, but I’m going with there being an EBS on or about Friday. Something significant on Thursday, given DJT’s message.

1. Why is the healthcare industry so willing to roll-over for self-diagnosis using a screening tool?
2. Why do the ill rely on non-healthcare (govt, friends, family, teachers, FReepers...) diagnoses for their initial source of treatment?
3. Why do urgent-care health providers accept self-diagnoses and treat patients based on that same self-diagnosis, completely ignoring additional, detected symptoms?
4. Why do FReepers, like Dr. Gas and Gaylord Fokker, \encourage\ others to self-diagnose using a SCREENING tool, at home?
5. Why is it that everything COVID is being treated by pharmacy technicians and “first responders, not by “real” doctors?
