No a nurse can read a chart. However a nurse may not make a diagnosis (it’s called scope of care). This RN has engaged in post hoc ergo propter hoc.
Additionally the definition of a whistle blower is someone with affirmative knowledge of fraud or wrong doing. It is a term very often abused recently. To lend credibility to nothing more than an opinion
The fact of the matter is the RN has opined something.

I trust the Nurse Practitioner at our primary care facility MUCH more than and doctor I’ve seen there.
Medical hierarchy on display. Nurses are in the trenches and see all the crap go down but if they don’t have the right letters in front of their names they are like the rest of us peasants who need to totally trust and never question our “intellectual betters”. As for the never ending arrogance of the follow the science crowd I’m laughing at their so-called superior intellect at this point.
After watching the MD’s, DO’s, with all their titles, prestige and arrogant and unethical behavior the last two years I would trust a lowly RN far more to tell me the truth at this point. At some point every patient will now have to question the ethics of their doctors prescribed treatments for any ailment, sinus infection to cancer. They have destroyed their reputations as professionals with their behavior during covid.
