If you’re over 70, have co-morbidities, or are in a high-risk environment like a nursing home. It’s a good risk reward and we’ve seen good outcomes in the nursing home environments especially.
If you’re under 40 and healthy... the shots are more risky than Covid... especially Omnicron.
If you’re under 18... the shots are not a good idea at all in my opinion.
Freedom of choice is the political answer here.
You’re right and really it’s not all that complicated. Not making a basic distinction based on age was one of the huge mistakes of this whole Covid business.
