Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) said on Wednesday that coronavirus “vaccines are saving lives” and “are reducing mortality.”
“If you are vaccinated, fully vaccinated, the chances of you getting seriously ill or dying from Covid is effectively zero,” he said. “If you look at the people being admitted to hospitals, over 95 percent of them are either not fully vaccinated or not vaccinated. And so these vaccines are saving lives.”
DeSantis also touted the vaccines for reducing mortality rates.
“They are reducing mortality. Mortality in nursing homes since we rolled out the vaccines in December is down 95 percent due to Covid. Mortality for elderly people since we rolled out the vaccines is down nearly 90 percent,” he said. “So we’re proud in Florida that we put seniors first on that list because they were the most vulnerable. We have 85 percent of our seniors that are vaccinated and about 75 percent of folks over the age of 50. We have no mandate. We’ve provided information to people and we’ve been very honest about any data that comes out.”
DeSantis acknowledged that some vaccinated people “can test positive … but they don’t get seriously ill in except maybe rare instances, there’s always one-off on stuff.”
However, continued the governor, “in Florida, your chance of surviving if you’re vaccinated is close to 100 percent.”

I’m vaccinated and it’s a relief.
The people I know who are vaccinated and got COVID had mild cases and with the help of monoclonal anybodies - were NOT hospitalized. And yeah I had some bad reactions to the first shot - but I got over those reactions.
I also firmly believe the choice to be vaccinated or not is up to each individual- and none of us can see 5 years down the road. But that said, I’m thankful I’m vaccinated and that my loved ones are too.

I love the doctors chiming in with the “safe and effective” mantra. Since the traditional trial period has been skipped, that is nothing more than an unsubstantiated claim.
I’d like to hear what these expert supporters have been doing in the way of therapeutics. They’ll probably tell you that generic drugs with long track records are dangerous, so it’s Bourla’s shots....and a ventilator. That’s it.
This is why many people believe the medical community at large has engaged in widespread, systemic, malpractice for going on two years. You’d find more ethical behavior among meth dealers.
It’s funny isn’t it. The echo chamber occupants destroy anything that upsets their narrative even when it is correct.
So here we are again with them simply raging against the truth for they need to be right regardless of the harm it may cause.

At this point, tho sadly President Trump appears clueless, I would hope that DeSantis now has clue—the “vaccines” are not the solution; they are part of the problem.
Yes. Covid attacked my ability to regulate blood pressure and pulse. Two trips to ER. Thought I was going to stroke out the first time. It never effected my respiratory. Wife had bad cough for about two weeks.
I took the monoclonal antibodies after first trip to ER. I was fine in about 8 days. I did lose sense of smell and largely have it back now
Long before COVID, antivaxxers were more likely to be on the left.

Vaccine side effects cases are sniffed out in the ER and the patients deliberately ignored from that point forward until they go home in frustration. The corrupt and comoromised MDs in these institutions know better than to admit such patients to the hospital, and probably prefer that they simply die at home.
Thanks.... this was last January. Before ivermectin etc. I don’t know if, and not claiming the monoclonal worked etc. I just know what I did and why.

The narrative is: these “vaccines” are NOT working, and causing serious health issues and death for some! Explain for us, why so many vaccinated are getting covid? Explain for us why, if these drugs are working, are they now pushing endless boosters?
You have absolutely no knowledge of what the longterm effects of these mRNA drugs on the body will be. I like how yiu vaxx pushers ignore people who’ve developed heart conditions and blood clots after the jabs!
